An increase of more than 45% of the participating companies and occupied exhibition space compared to the previous year, was reported for the 17th edition of the Bulgaria Building Week. Over an area of 2100 square meters, more than 200 companies from Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Turkey, Greece and Moldova placed their booths. The forum, which was held from 15 to 18 March in parallel with Security Expo was attended by over 8500 visitors, while more than 50% of attendees had already applied for participation for the next edition in 2018.
The overly full two halls hosted exhibitors that presented machinery, thermal and hydro-insulations, plasters and paints, thermopanels, tools, external shutters controlled via smartphone, industrial, garage and home doors, mobile and prefabricated buildings, ecopanels, ladders and scaffolding, sun protection systems and much more from the world of construction. The visitors personally reviewed the majestic building platforms by Electroelsa, that can "grow" up to an impressive 400 meters."Euromarket" presented the new range of small Komatsu excavators - MR-3 Class business. In 2017 the organizers included three new themes - "Wood in constructions", "Home renovation" and "Energy Efficiency", which were definitely among the highlights of the exhibition. Among the visitors of the leading international forum there were architects, designers, engineers, manufacturers, investors, property developers, retailers, distributors, owners of construction stores, and many end customers. Many were the visitors coming from abroad. A successful accompanying program An increased interest on behalf of the sector accompanied the Association "Bulgarian doors, windows and facades," which raised the issue of warm edge spacers. More than 150 people filled the seminar room during a training on "SketchUP - 3D modeling for everyone", organized jointly by Inter Expo Center and Training Center Graphic Ground. For all who want to make their first steps in working with SketchUP and enter the world of 3D graphics there was organized additional workshops.
