For the windows
Among the presented models we can find Schüco AWS 65. The modern aluminum profile system meets the high energy efficiency requirements (UF up to 2.1 W/(m2K) at a clear width of 117 mm). The system is suitable for windows with opening on the vertical and horizontal axis, windows with a movable divider, door windows and other options, opening both outwards and inwards. Optionally, the leafs can be in one plane. With a construction depth of 65 mm, different solutions can be implemented and meet the highest design requirements. It is compatible with the Schüco ADS 65 door system.
The aluminum profile systems Schüco AWS 70. are for windows with higher thermal insulation – Uf values from 1.6 W/(m2K) at a clear construction width of 117 mm. The model is suitable for windows, opening outwards and inwards. The system has an extended isolation zone with co-extruded foam insulator, concealed casing Schüco AvanTec SimplySmart up to 160 kg, two-plane opening for large and heavy elements with a handle “Kurbel” type, casing Schüco TipTronic to 160 kg and optional protection against braking in RC 2. Schüco AWS 70. HI is combined with ADS door series 70. HI/ADS 70 HD.
The Schüco AWS 75. SI+ window offers construction depth of 75 mm and high heat insulated SI-execution with Uf of 0.92 W/(m2K) with great functionality. Schüco AWS 75. SI + reaches excellent thermal insulation at 117 mm visible widths. The Schüco SimplySmart technology with its middle seal along the entire periphery of the window and the new insulating thermal insert in the leaf’s plow groove contributes to the rational craftsmanship. In combination with the new mechanical generation fittings Schüco AvanTec SimplySmart, with a leaf weight of up to 160 kg, the installation can be done significantly faster. Schüco AWS 75. SI+ provides the possibility of protection against breaking in of up to RC 3, in an execution of outwards opening system and a combination with Schüco ADS 75. SI +/ADS 75 HD. HI door systems.
ALUKOENIGSTAHL will also present Schüco AWS 90. SI+. “This is a window system with high thermal insulation (Uf values of 0.71 W/(m2K) at 90 mm construction depth). It meets the passive construction requirements”, commented from the company. The system combines the advantages of aluminum with thermal insulation technology for sustainable architecture. Schüco AWS 90. SI+ has an optimized insulation zone with a co-extruded isolators with foam insulating material and optional protection against braking in of up to RC 3. In combination with concealed fittings Schüco AvanTec SimplySmart can build large transparent formats of up to 200 kg, combined with Schüco TipTronic for additional energy potential. Schüco AWS 90. SI + can be combined with Schüco ADS 90.SI door series.
For doors and windows
The company also presents Schüco LivIng. 7-Chamber plastic window system with thermal insulation values Uf of 1.0 W/(m2K), 0.96 W/(m2K) and thin clear widths of 120 mm. They are manufactured with both external and medium gasket with the same profile. The mid-seal option meets the requirements of the IFT Institute in Rosenheim for passive construction. There are four main profile color options: white, cream, dark grey and caramel – in combination with silver grey or black seals.
Software Solutions
And let us finish with the software solutions of ALUKOENIGSTAHL. For the needs of the digital documentation of aluminum systems for doors, windows and facades, the company presents Schüco Fabrication Data Center. As a combination of hardware and software, it provides information about the developed projects and the catalogues used for workshop operations. The software contains a specially adapted for the production processes version of SchüCal and Schüco Docu Center. The user can obtain quickly the desired information thanks to the touchscreen. The close connection with the current catalogue provides new opportunities for use, saves time and production costs.
Another software solution is the Schüco Product Configurator. In a few minutes it can fully configure the system solutions. Regardless of the size, color and security level, everything is tailored to the individual requirements of the customers. After setting the data, the SCHÜCO elements can be displayed. By integrating SchüCal, at every step of the design, technical tests are carried out in the background. SchüCal calculates the exact price during the consultation, thus facilitating the preparation of an individual offer.
