Hormann presents new PortaMatic door-operator for interior doors

Barrier-free movement within buildings is among the main priorities of nowadays architects and designers. The type of interior doors is extremely important to create an accessible environment. HORMANN GROUP BULGARIA will present at Bulgarian Building Week 2017 its solution – the new PortaMatic door-operator for interior doors by Hormann.

The innovative drive is suitable for use in both private homes and public buildings to ensure reasonable hygienic access to all areas. Depending on the size of the door plate, it is suitable for wood, steel and glass doors without additional requirements, such as smoke- and fire alarm, and is available in silver gray or white colour.

Using the PortaMatic door-operation unit developed by Hormann ,the  internal doors can be opened and closed automatically with a button on the wall, remote control or via the application BiSecur APP by Hormann. Besides the low power consumption and attractive price ,the drive  also features an integrated LED lighting that lights up the road, and acoustic signal warning before and / or during the movement of the door.

Barrier-free movement 

In hospitals or office buildings hygiene is of particular importance. With PortaMatic door-operator in combination with non-contact pulse transmitter the doors can be opened without pressing the handle. It takes just a flick of the hand at a few inches from the key. The reverse function ensures no one is caught accidentally during closing.

The door-operator can be controlled by the BiSecur system developed by Hormann, which can be also used to manage external, garage and courtyard doors, as well as for household appliances and lighting. In this way all these objects can be controlled via remote unit,a button on the wall or the application for smartphones and tablets BiSecur APP by Hormann.
