Ecology and energy efficiency are the essence of modern construction. Following this trend, during the upcoming Bulgarian Building Week 2018, to be held at Inter Expo Center from 7th to 10th of March, the company BARBALI will present the system for passive prefabricated houses from ECOCOCON straw panels.
Characterized by its innovative nature, it offers a wide range of possibilities for designing and building passive, prefabricated, healthy houses of natural materials. The rye straw panels are 100% ecological. Built from natural materials – wood and straw, they are naturally breathable and allow the construction of energy-efficient buildings in which the heat is kept in the winter and it is cool in the summer.
The eco-paneвs are produced with an industrial press and have the proper geometry, which facilitates the process of building the building, down to three months. Buildings built with ecopaneвs offered by Barbali can long for 100 years.
After finishing with clay they acquire class B1 (low flammability) of fire resistance, the
buildings acquire F119 certificate. They also feature high sound insulation properties, do not attract insects and rodents and create a favourable and healthy environment.
