To achieve maximum energy efficiency every building needs insulation system with excellent qualities. The proposal of the company PCC Energy is the innovative NEW-THERM. The integrated external insulation based on polyurethane plates will be among the products that the company will propose at Bulgarian Building Week 2017.
The facade thermal insulation system NEW-THERM combines the three most important characteristics of good insulation – low thermal conductivity, high permeability and high resistance plaster. Certified by ETA (European Technical Assessment) and is approved under the REECL energy efficiency program .
Waterproof and self-extinguishing polyurethane plates
The advantages of NEW-THERM are its excellent thermal insulation properties (λ≤0,022) and the small thickness of the panels. Its excellent diffusion properties provide very good permeability (μ≤20),while thanks to the specific structure, the polyurethane panels (PUR) are waterproof, self extinguishing and resistant to rodents. The polyurethane panels (PUR) used in the system does not emit harmful substances, does not catch mold and prevents the formation of mold, saving any potential repairs. The outer coating is created by a Swiss formula and is easy to apply, with stable color and is highly resistant to climatic changes.
The product is composed of seven elements: glue NEW-THERM® ST04, boards of hard polyurethane TPD-PUR 30/40 with a density of 32-35 kg / m3, plastic dowels (eg. EJOT, Bravoll Ø 8/60 mm) ,mortar mixture NEW-THERM® ST04, reinforcing fiberglass mesh VERTEX, primer Novalith putzgrund or Armasil putzgrund,and roof plaster Silicate (Novalith) or silicone (Armasil).
