NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS

NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS is a professional fellowship/organization established by highly respected Bulgarian construction companies and investors with proven experience in the field of Real Estate and urban development. All of them work primarily on the territory of Sofia Municipality and the purpose, which unites them is the protection of interests and authority in the branch, achieved with strict compliance with Law frameworks and Social interest.

The association works actively towards the encouragement and development of investment construction and enforcement of good entrepreneurial practices. Almost  the priorities of the association are also the responsible urban and social involvement of its members for improving the investment housing, as well as the development of a favorable legal and financial regulation to support construction entrepreneurship.

Our goal is to change society’s attitude towards construction investments by actively including it in the public discussion as a participator in the social contract for better planning, rejuvenation of the construction fund and development of the urban area.
