Reliable thermal insulation is unthinkable without quality plugs

Heat insulation systems include multiple components. Undoubtedly the quality plugs are among the main ones. KAM-04 will present their variety of professional offers at the exhibition Bulgarian Building Week from 7 to 10 March at Inter Expo Center.

The company will focus on ECO-DRIVE-8 – an plug for insulation with nail and telescopic design. The product is intended for reliable and secure fixing of soft insulating materials to various types of bases by screwing the metal nail (TORX 40). It can be used for the application of heat-insulating materials from EPS – expanded polystyrene foam (styrofoam).

In the case of the commonly used plugs, the installation of the metal nail is done by hammering in. When installation is done by screwing, the possibility of damage to the insulation material is eliminated and the plug head penetrates the insulation. Then an insulating washer is placed over, thus eliminating the likelihood of thermal bridge, and the surface is made even, which facilitates subsequent processing.

KAM-04 will also focus on the innovative WKTHERM-S 8 – plug for insulation with metal nail. The product is used in a variety of thermo-insulating materials:

– EPS – expanded polystyrene foam (styrofoam).

– XPS – extruded polystyrene foam (fiber, styrodur, styroflex, monodur, glazform).

– Mineral (stone) wool
