Warm edge spacers – between facts and marketing. This was one of the topics that the Association “Bulgarian doors, windows and facades” put on the agenda during his seminar, held during the exhibition Bulgarian Building Week 2017. The forum, presenting products by more than 200 Bulgarian and foreign companies is held in Sofia Inter Expo Center from 15 to 18 March.
“The major argument when choosing a spacer you would like to use is whether it will be suitable for the project ,and also for your production”, addressed numerous audiences Mrs.Mariana Gospodinova, member of the Board of the Association “Bulgarian doors, windows and facades” .
Mariana Gospodinova also presented and flexible spacers which are applied hot (TPS), which are characterized by their high productivity. Among their advantages are the elimination of processing operations of the spacer and the drying agents, as well as the easy-to-achieve parallel effect within the triple insulating glass, as the operation is performed automatically. Moreover, this type of spacers can achieve very small variations in the thickness of the glass, including the triple one.
Within the workshop of the professional section “Windows” at the Association “Bulgarian doors, windows and facades,” there will be held a presentation of the Ordinance on technical requirements for physical security of buildings and advice on how to meet the criteria for glazing, as well as company presentations.
