Undeniable is the fact that if a building has to function normally, it is necessary to build a quality roof structure. It has to be tailored to the individual characteristics of the building as well as to the meteorological features of the local climate. There will be numerous roofing and facade solutions, to be provided by Technopanel from 7th to 10th of March at the exhibition Bulgarian Building Week, which will be held at Inter Expo Center.
The Bulgarian company develops and manufactures roof and facade sandwich panels. These include three-layer sandwich panels made of polyurethane foam (PUR), mineral wool (MW) or polyurethane foam (PIR) and finish layers (inside and outside) of galvanized sheet metal protected with polyester-colored coating.
The sandwich TTOP-roof panels and the TFACE-wall panels are made of high quality materials to provide excellent properties and therefore have a wide range of applications.
Despite their low weight, they have considerable strength properties, resulting in a 2 to 4 times saving of the load-bearing structure. Their installation is quick and easy and the density of the connections between the individual panels guarantees waterproofing and thermal insulation.
The thermal insulation properties of the product are due to the physical properties of the rigid PUR foam, which has the lowest thermal conductivity properties among the commonly used insulation materials. The mineral wool is non-combustible and has high sound-proofing qualities. The polyisocyanurate rigid foam (PIR) combines the benefits of both polyurethane and mineral wool. It is characterized by equally good thermal insulation properties as the polyurethane foam but has significantly improved fire resistance.
The panels of Technopanel are certified for fire resistance, fire reaction, strength, heat insulating properties, sound insulation properties, health assessment for applicability. The proven qualities are subject to constant quality control.
