"The interest, growth in the sector and investments in residential, office and industrial construction and construction of logistics facilities and the possibility of presenting new products to a professional audience require the creation of new themes and an increase in the area up to 10 000 sq. m ", they complement. The statistics since the last edition account for an increased percentage of the visitors of construction company managers, architects and designers, investors and entrepreneurs. The information evidences a strong presence of engineers, distributors, dealers, interior designers and others.

The campaign for the 2020 edition has been underway for months. Yet after the end of the Architectural Building Week 2019 nearly 70% of the companies have confirmed their participation in the 20th edition.

"We believe that the dialogue and close cooperation with the professionals and companies in the industry are the way to the successful exhibition", the organizers commented. The Forum enhances its thematic profile by opening a fourth hall for participants in the field of "Building Automation", "HVAC" and "Smart systems". The rest of the topics are "Interior finishing works", "Doors, windows and facades", "Exterior finishing works", "Construction equipment and machinery" ","Certical Planning and Landscaping" and "Industrial construction and equipment ".

Taking into account the specifics of the construction industry, six zones will be separated – "Exterior Finishing Works", "Construction Equipment and Machinery", "Rough Construction", "Interior Materials and Technologies", "Vertical Planning and Landscaping" and "Industrial Construction and Equipment ".

Architectural Building Week 2020 pays special attention to the energy-efficient, environmental-friendly and functional design and construction. "The construction of the future and new technologies will be on the agenda," the organizers share. That is why a special attention will be paid to BIM technologies, software, building automation, smart buildings and construction systems.

The exhibition will also develop its accompanying program. The last edition was the arena of the discussion, organized by the Bulgarian Association for Construction Insulation (BACI) for construction and fire safety. Modern technologies were in the focus of a conference organized by the Bulgarian Chamber of Architects (BCA). HTB Conference was also held, i.e. the High technologies and the future of construction forum.
