Over 200 direct exhibitors and hundreds of brands will welcome the visitors from 25 to 28 February at Inter Expo Center
Products and systems for the construction, presentation of modern architectural systems, digitalization in the industry and the legislative framework. All these topics will be only some of the highlights of the accompanying program of the exhibition Architectural and Construction Week. The jubilee 20th edition of the business forum will bring together over 200 Bulgarian and foreign companies from 25 to 28 February at Inter Expo Center.
The four exhibition days will offer a dynamic accompanying program, which will actively involve the leading branch organizations and companies-direct exhibitors. From 25 to 27 February the Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria is organizing three round tables, which will be attended by the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria and the Chamber of Engineers in the Investment Design. Their main focus is the digitalization in the construction sector, the Spatial Planning Act (SPA) and the legislation affecting the industry. During the last day of the exhibition CAB will hold a session of their Managing board and at the same time will organize a presentation of modern architectural projects. The association of Interior Designers in Bulgaria is organizing a specialized event on February 27th.
Residential Properties and trends
During the first exhibition day a workshop, organized by the National Association of Construction Entrepreneurs, will draw the attention on the trends in the residential properties market, infrastructure, the appearance of residential areas, the challenges in the development of construction entrepreneurship, etc.
Bulgarian Association for Insulation in construction will hold their workshop on February 25, dedicated to the basic principles of sound insulation.
The advantages of the latest generation of products and systems
Participating companies, among which companies from Bulgaria, Turkey, Italy, Germany, Romania and others will join actively the accompanying program of Architectural and Construction Week. The HVAV sector will be widely covered. Industrial and household air-conditioning systems will be presented by TEMPEX. "Hybrid Solutions for HVAC systems" will be discussed by the professionals at a workshop organized by DAMVENT. AIR TRADE will welcome the visitors to present a new model of a fire valve and air vents by TROX. Modern solutions for HVAC systems for office and public buildings will be presented by CLIMACOM. Eco-friendliness will be in the focus of the professionals from ENERGOMONITOR BULGARIA in the presentation "SaveEnergy SaveMoney SaveThePlanet with Energomonitor".
Many concurrent events are awaitin us in the “Insulations” sector. The requirements and challenges to the façade in the winter will be presented by the company HENKEL. In their presentation the specialists from KNAUF will let us know more about the company system for façade thermal insulation with rock wool. ROTHOBLAAS will focus on the analysis and solutions to regulate steam, air tightness and building waterproofing. Professionals from AURUBIS will let us know more about the applications of the iron silicate. Environmentally friendly and aesthetic solutions for urban and park environment will be the focus of the presentation of HTI Bulgaria.
Building and home automation and iNELS systems will conquer the minds of the participants in the Seminar Hall of Exhibition Hall No. 4. In their presentation the professionals from VAS PRO will answer the question "Why metal?". SOLID 55 will arrange a presentation of Pirnar doors for Bulgaria, while the technological possibilities for declaration of TOLL fees will be presented by FROTCOM BULGARIA. NC Industrial zones will explain what are the opportunities provided for investments in our country.
