6 to 9 March – ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION WEEK EXHIBITION
Dynamic. Apparently, this is how the beginning of the month of March will be for the construction industry in Bulgaria. This is because the business event for the sector in Bulgaria – the ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION WEEK exhibition will be held from 6 to 9 March. We are going to introduce you briefly to the professional events that will accompany the largest in the last decade edition of the Forum, held at Inter Expo Center.
Modern technologies and approaches will be "under the spotlight" on the first exhibition day, the 6th of March. Then the Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria (CAB) is organizing a conference on "Contemporary architectural practices in Bulgaria". On the same day the exhibition is also hosting a discussion on regulatory changes concerning the construction and technical rules for the provision of fire safety and its impact on thermal insulations. The discussion is organized by the Bulgarian Construction Insulations Association (BCIA).
The 6th of March will be the day when the "Water and Energy" Conference of BULAQUA, organized by the Bulgarian Water Association (BWA), will be held for the 11th time.
Round table on some industrial issues
Legal framework, investment, sectoral issues, problems and challenges. These topics will be emphasised on March 7, Thursday, during a large-scale roundtable discussion. The organizers – the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria (CBB), the Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria (CAB), the Chamber of Engineers in Investment Design (CEID) and the Bulgarian Association of Architects and Engineering Consultants (BAAIK) will join their capacities.
Visionaries, high technology and the future
The ideas about the future and the high technologies in construction will be the focus of the first edition of HTB Conference, organized by Inter Expo Center. It will be held on 8 March, and the design engineering process will be addressed. The speakers in the first edition of HTB Conference will provide an objective view of the developments in the processes, their impact and the opportunities they provide.
Last Exhibition Day – 9 March
The last exhibition day, 9 March will be dynamic for the branch organizations, too. On this day the Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria and the association "Bulgarian Doors, Windows and Facades" will held their general meetings.
During all exhibition days the companies will demonstrate new technologies and product offers. This year's edition seems to be the largest in the last decade. Companies from Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Belgium, England, Poland, China, Romania, Turkey, Iran and India will deploy their stands on over 8500 square meters of exhibition area. The focus is on modern construction equipment and design, technologies and tools, finishing works, interior materials and technologies, modern vertical planning and landscaping and industrial construction. Software, BIM, virtual reality, 3D-printing for the construction sector will also be highlighted.
